| | Well today the first three miles were a lot easier than Monday. The last mile was a little hard though. Still feeling sore from Monday. Glad I'll be back to just 3 miles tomorrow. :) Excited to do 5 on Saturday. Hopefully it will be nice and I can do them outside. The treadmill gets so boring. |

Oh man my legs were so tired today. But I did it, just a little slower than Monday. That's alright though. My right knee is bothering me a little last night and this moring, I guess I'll have to stretch a little better. Looking forward to running outside on Saturday! Hope it's nice.

Today's run was awesome! I finally got to run outside! It felt so good! So much better than the tredmill.
I finished in 45 minutes so about 9 min. miles. :) yay! better than 10 min. miles! Oh how I've missed running! |

Back to the treadmill this moring. It's so cold outside, especially at 5:30 in the moring (I have to go that early while Autumn is still sleeping or I can't go.) Felt pretty slugish for the first mile and a half. Felt better by the end of the run.
Logan sent me a bunch of articles on what I should be eating to recover quickly. He is so supportive and sweet. I just love my husband. Looks like I need to improve my diet a little bit. I think I'm also going to start taking iron because I feel extremely tired. Hopefully it helps! |

| | This is the most fun run I've had so far. My husband Logan has a motorcylce race out at Delta so I got to do my run out there. I was SO nice! The weather was perfect and my run went by in a flash. |

5:30 am run...kinda scary to run in the dark by myself. I couldn't find my watch and didn't have a 7 miler mapped out...so I ened up doing a 1 mile loop 7 times...:) |
