I am doing a 16 week training for the utah valley marathon in June. Today was the first day. I have been running consistantly for a few weeks but my milage is not high. I only had to do 3 miles today and it was kind of hard. I have been trying to increase my speed because right now I'm running about 10 minute miles. Today I ran 9 minute miles so that was nice, I just hope I can keep up with this training schedule. |
